A periodic payment between long and short holders of GRVT Token (GRVT) perpetual futures that keeps the contract price near spot. When the rate is positive, longs pay shorts; when negative, shorts pay longs. Right now it ranges from 0.0054% to 0.0100% per 8 hours across 18 exchanges.
