Terms of service
1. The service
Arbitrage Gap (arbitragegap.com, "we") collects public market data from crypto exchanges and shows price gaps between them: spot and futures routes, funding rates, transfers between exchanges, alerts in Telegram and simulated (paper) trading. By using the site, the Telegram bot or a paid plan you accept these terms, the privacy policy and, when you pay, the refund policy.
Everything we show is information only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, not a recommendation or an offer to buy, sell or hold anything, and we do not encourage you to trade. Our verdicts, sizes and profits are estimates computed from public exchange data, which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Nothing on the site guarantees a result or a profit: a gap can close before you trade it, a transfer can take longer than shown, a withdrawal can be closed, and the same ticker can be a different token on another exchange. Trading crypto assets can lose you all the money you put in. You decide and trade on your own and entirely at your own risk.
We are not an exchange, broker or wallet. We do not hold your funds and do not place orders on your behalf. Paper bots are a simulation: no order is sent to any exchange, and a simulated result says nothing about a real one. A trading bot is in development; until it is released nothing on the site trades for you.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One person, one account. Extra accounts to get another trial, another free allowance or partner commissions are not allowed.
- Keep your sign-in methods (email, Google, Telegram) safe; actions taken from your account are yours.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or puts other users at risk.
3. Plans and payment
The plans, what each of them includes and the prices are listed on the pricing page. The free plan shows scanner data with a delay of about a minute and limits some filters and features.
Paid plans are paid in USDT on TRON (TRC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), to the address and for the exact amount shown on your invoice. A plan is switched on automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. There is no automatic renewal: nothing is ever charged again without a new payment from you.
Payments are not refunded, see the refund policy. An invoice is valid for the time shown on it. When you switch to another plan, what is left of the current one is converted into days of the new one at the price of a day.
A free trial of a paid plan is given once per Telegram account, when it is linked for the first time.
You are responsible for making sure that paying in cryptocurrency is allowed where you live, and for your own taxes.
4. Exchange API keys: never with withdrawal rights
We never accept an API key that can withdraw funds, for any feature, now or later. This is checked automatically, not left to trust:
- before a key is saved, we check with the exchange what it is allowed to do;
- a key with the right to withdraw is refused and never saved, not even encrypted;
- a key whose rights the exchange does not confirm is refused the same way;
- the rights of a connected key are checked again regularly; if it ever gains the right to withdraw, it is removed.
So with a key you give us nobody, including us, can withdraw or move funds out of your exchange account.
Balances and fee rates ("My exchanges", paid plans) need read-only keys: keys that can trade or transfer are refused there too. The trading bot, when it is released, will need keys with the right to trade, and still never with the right to withdraw.
Keys are stored only encrypted and are used only to read what the feature needs.
You create and revoke keys on the exchange yourself and can remove them from your account at any time. Keep your exchange account secure: we are not responsible for what happens on an exchange account outside our service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- copy, scrape or download the data in bulk, resell it or publish it as your own service;
- forward, repost or sell our alerts and signals to other people or channels;
- get around the free plan's delay or limits, the rate limits or other technical restrictions;
- attack, overload or try to break into the site, the API or other users' accounts;
- use the service against the law or against sanctions that apply to you.
6. Partner links
Some links from the site to exchanges are our partner (referral) links: an exchange may pay us a commission when you sign up or trade there. This costs you nothing extra and does not change what routes we show or how we rank them.
7. Liability
The service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind: we do not promise that it works, that it is free of errors, delays or interruptions, or that the data is correct, complete or fit for any purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the service, relying on its data or not being able to use it, including trading losses, lost profits, lost funds on exchanges, and any direct or indirect loss. You use the service at your own risk.
8. Changes
We may change these terms and the plans. The date of the last change is at the top of this page. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
