How the scanner counts triangles
Triangular arbitrage is three trades on one exchange that end in the currency you started with, such as USDT → BTC → ETH → USDT. If the product of the three rates after three fees is above one, the loop earns; nothing moves between exchanges, so a cycle takes seconds.
Every 3 seconds the scanner goes through every such cycle on each exchange at the best book prices. Gross is before fees, net after three taker fees at the exchange's rate or yours. The size is what fills at the best prices of all three legs; the bottleneck is the leg whose volume runs out first.
Bots and market makers close profitable loops quickly. Episodes whose peak nets above a threshold at base fees are recorded; they are on the fired triangles tab.
Need a triangular arbitrage bot?
We do not trade for you and sell no ready-made bot. But we can build one for your exchange, fees and capital: order book over WebSocket, three orders sent at once, balance and risk control.
